Shipping policy

Please note that there is a 10 business day processing time for orders, your order may be processed faster based on the number of orders ahead of you. If you need your order by a certain date we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead of when the item is needed. We will send you a notification as soon as a tracking number is attached to your order. 

Once sent out for shipping it is out of our hands, should it be lost in the post contact the service shipping service you used with the tracking information.  If issue still persists then contact linkskinkscustomerservice@gmail.com with proof of purchase and tracking information so that we can help resolve the issue.
